Our Chief Advisor and Founder, Danny Major holds a career as an executive, board member, and advisor focusing specifically on the hyper-growth of software and software services businesses. Danny has led and scaled a variety of enterprise functions giving him first-hand experience to the critical pillars which support the shift from start-up, to scale-up, through to the enterprise – including acquisitions and successful exists.
Through Danny’s career, he has developed value-driven methodologies to support the strategic growth objectives of a business, enabling the application of right-size approaches to support a businesses unique needs.
Danny considers himself a technologist at heart, yet has been fortunate in working with leading global executives which has given him a unique perspective centred around business and customer value. This lens is applied to ensure that technology is used as an enabler to a businesses strategic outcomes.
Danny is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and has been recognised and awarded by a variety of institutions including; the Institute of Directors, Global Sourcing Association, IEEE-SA Standards, and is founder and chair of a charitable foundation which supports educational institutions in the area of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
